The Lord brought to my remembrance the time when I used to spend hours with my Lite-Brite to create pictures of light with these plastic pellets of different colors. I remember placing a black piece of contact paper with a design on the Lite-Brite, placing a plastic cover over it with the holes over the back of the Lite-Brite (a plastic casing with a fitting for a light bulb to be screwed into and an electric cord so that you could plug it into the wall to turn the light on). The idea of the Lite-Brite is that, as you place each transparent color pellet into each of the holes in the plastic grid which lined up with the design. each pellet would shine from the light of the bulb underneath it all. Once you plug in each pellet, it will form a very pretty complete picture made up of colored lights. As a kid, I used the designed contact paper sheets but, as time went by, I found myself no longer using the pattern of the design and I began placing a dark sheet of contact paper so that I could create my own picture light.
Dearest one, believe me when I say that it has always been God’s plan for you to shine the light that He uniquely designed for His glory.
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light - Ephesians 5:8 - NKJV
that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, - Philippians 2:15 - NKJV
Do you know that you are a unique expression of the heart of God? You are a child of light because you were birthed out of the Father of Lights, our Heavenly Father. Did you know that you are a unique creation? There is no one else in the universe that is just like you, not even your twin brother or sister is exactly like you in every way. Everything that you are and everything that you think, say and do is uniquely you!
Every gift God freely gives us is good and perfect, streaming down from the Father of lights, who shines from the heavens with no hidden shadow or darkness and is never subject to change. - James 1:17 - TPT
The way you perceive the world around you is uniquely you because it is seen through your eyes. No one can ever truly know and to understand what you see and how you see it but your Heavenly Father, because He is the One who created you. He created you, as a new creation, in His image. Not only are you created in His image, you are created from a unique part of His image. Do you know that there is a special place in Abba’s heart that was designed especially for you, not only to be birthed out of, but to abide in?
Every heartbeat of God is tailor-made for you to listen to. Even your heavenly language between you and Abba is unique for you to communicate with Him and no one else can understand it but your spirit and Your Abba.
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. - Acts 2:4 - NKJV
Dearest one, do you realize that when God designed you, He had eternity on His mind? There is so much more that you were designed for that you have yet to encounter with your Abba. Your Heavenly Father created you to be able to create with Him. Meditate on this for a moment… this means that, not only do you have the capacity to think like Him but He has given you, as His new creation, the capacity to dream like Him!
The lovers of God who chase after righteousness will find all their dreams come true: an abundant life drenched with favor and a fountain that overflows with satisfaction. - Proverbs 21:21 - TPT
‘This is what I will do in the last days—I will pour out my Spirit on everybody and cause your sons and daughters to prophesy, and your young men will see visions, and your old men will experience dreams from God. - Acts 2:17 - TPT
Everything that you do impacts the atmosphere around you, dearest one. Even the smallest things that you think and do make a much greater impact than you can possibly imagine. There is an unseen realm that is affected by your very existence, dearest one. You are not of this world. You come from the place where all things are possible and where there are no limits. It is the place where there is access to an unlimited supply of everything you will ever need. The most amazing thing is that your eternal life began even before you were formed in your mother’s womb.
Do you realize that God knew you even before He dreamed you up? He wrote a book about your life - a picture book about your life from the second God thought you up before you came down to earth, about your life on earth and for the rest of eternity. In your book is every dream God has ever had about you, is having about you and will ever have about you. Just as His love for you is eternal, so are His dreams for you, dearest one.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” - Jeremiah 1:5 - NKJV
Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come— In the volume of the book it is written of Me— To do Your will, O God.’ ” - Hebrews 10:7 - NKJV
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. - Psalm 139:16 - NKJV
You do not need to wait to enjoy your relationship with Abba. You can begin today by positioning yourself to hear His still, small voice. You do not have to wait until you leave this world to engage with your Heavenly Family — God the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit — because He sent you down here for His eternal purpose just as He sent Jesus down into the world 2000 years ago.
And even more than that, we overflow with triumphant joy in our new relationship of living reconciled to God—all because of Jesus Christ! - Romans 5:11 - TPT
Look at how much encouragement you’ve found in your relationship with the Anointed One! You are filled to overflowing with his comforting love. You have experienced a deepening friendship with the Holy Spirit and have felt his tender affection and mercy. - Philippians 2:1 - TPT
I remind you, fathers and mothers: you have a relationship with the One who has existed from the beginning. And I remind you, young people: you have defeated the Evil One. - 1 John 2:13 - TPT
God created you with intentionality, not only in His image, but to play a role in His eternal plan to restore everything back to the way it was before the Fall in the garden of Eden. It has always been God’s plan for us to be part of His eternal Family, dearest one. Relationship with Him, Jesus and Holy Spirit has always been His plan. Because He is love, everything He has ever done has been out of His love.
And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. - Colossians 3:17 - NKJV
My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. - 1 John 3:18 - NKJV
So shine your unique light in the delight of your Heavenly Father as He sings over you.
