Beloved, What are You Putting in Your Body?

Dearest one, allow Me to show you the apothecary chest of My healing oils and balms for every part of your soul. Allow Me to give you instructions on how to use these Kingdom oils, to not only bring healing and wholeness to you, but to equip you so that you can impart what you learn and to do the same for others.

It is very important for you to have good gut health - remember that everything you do in the spirit with Me will manifest in the natural and vice versa. Just like you must be watchful about what you ingest into your natural gut, you must be even more watchful about what you ingest into your spirit and in your soul. This is why I encourage My sons and daughters to feast on My Word — feast on the Bread of My Word — Jesus.

And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. - John 6:35 - NKJV

It is vital to change your spiritual eating habits from feasting on the world’s narrative - the junk food for the soul - to the nutritious and life-giving food of My Word.

In the natural if you do not eat fruits and vegetables but instead you keep choosing to eat junk food, which does not carry the nutrients that you need to boost your immune system, you will be unable to fight off sickness and dis-ease. You must continually feast on My Word to boost up the immune system of your soul and be able to guard it from any spirit of sickness and dis-ease coming out of mindsets which align themselves with what the enemy is speaking over you.

Every time you fail to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, you are taking poison from the enemy - you are ingesting the toxic, death-filled words of the enemy that weaken the immune system of your soul and deplete the nutrients to your spirit which will fuel your faith.

4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, - 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 - NKJV

You need to make sure that the food you are bringing into your house (the temple of God) is nutritious because you will eat what is in your pantry. Ingesting the junk food of the enemy may look and taste good at first, but if taken in large quantities, it will open you up for sickness and dis-ease of the soul.

So before taking those thoughts, immediately purchasing them, bringing them home and placing them in the food pantry of your soul, test them to see if they will nourish you. Determine if they are good for you or if they are not before you take them from the shelf of your mind.

Do not allow the good food and the good fruit that you have in your kitchen go rotten. Do not give in to the temptation of the chemically processed and toxic food of the enemy. Feast on what I give you more than what the enemy tries to give you, even if it’s free.

Remember that what you receive from the enemy will cost you way more in the long term than if you say no to those things and feast on the fruit of My Word instead.

When you get sick, do not automatically take your medications (the quick fixes from the enemy) which almost always give you bad side effects and end up doing more damage to your body long term and weaken you further. Instead of waiting until you get sick, take the proactive approach and take your vitamins along with a healthy diet.

Decide to take the life-giving vitamins of My Word daily - memorize scripture, meditate on My Word and when you eat of it, chew on it before you swallow it. Let the nutrients of My Word enter and let them be absorbed by your soul and let them do their healing work in you.

Refuse to be a junk food junkie, addicted to the lies the enemy is feeding you and allowing them to weaken your spiritual immune system. Choose to be a health nut, feeding on and digesting on the life-giving nutrients of My Word!

Beloved, remember that a good diet by itself is not enough because you need to get enough sleep and rest to be able to be refreshed and restored to full strength for the next day. Seeking Me in the secret place is your place of rest and restoration — just being in My presence will bring your spirit and your soul the refreshment that they need.

Dearest one, you may think that you can survive without food for a time, but you will most definitely die without water. You cannot afford to become dehydrated, especially when you are in the middle of the desert. Drink from the fountain of living water - Jesus!

13 Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, 14 but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” - John 4:13-14 - NKJV

Dearest one, be sure to be careful, not only about what you put in your body, but what you release into the body of Christ.

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. - Luke 6:45 - NKJV

Selah

This is why it is so important for you to allow me to detox you and to purify your soul with the fire of My Holy Spirit, so that you release My Word in spirit and in Truth and in purity. Everything that I call you to release is to be life-giving words for the edification of the body of Christ to create healing and unity.

Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones. - Proverbs 16:24 - NKJV

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. - Romans 12:1 - NKJV

He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. - Psalm 24:4 - NKJV

Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith, - 1 Timothy 1:5 - NKJV

When you release a word out of the filter of your flesh, it is not My voice and it becomes toxic to you and to those around you who hear it or read it.

A man has joy by the answer of his mouth, And a word spoken in due season, how good it is! - Proverbs 15:23 - NKJV

Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, - 1 Peter 1:22 - NKJV

You must remain the pure, unadulterated vessel for My glory, dearest one. The flow of the power of My Holy Spirit is unhindered when it flows in and through pure vessels.
